Based on availability. Only Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors have the option to purchase and will be prioritized based on sponsorship level.

• This table will be a 4-top cocktail table, located to the sides of the center terrace and may possibly be on upper tiers (depending on availability).
• It does not include dinner, but will include either light apps or light desserts, Friday  & Saturday night (Keystone’s discretion), and access to the cash bar.

STALLION PRESENTATION FORM

EXPERIENCE KIDS ACTIVITY SPONSOR | $3,000

This sponsorship allows for us to provide multiple kids activities in the Keystone EXPERIENCE BARN! Activities that will be provided at no charge to our visitors include:
• Kids/Adults Facepainting both Friday & Saturday
• Kids/Adults Tatoo Station both Friday & Saturday
• Sponsor will receive a Pop-Up Banner and Logo recognition at these stations, and can also provide us with printed material should they choose!

EXPERIENCE BARN PARTNER FORM

PAINT A PONY EXPERIENCE SPONSOR | $5,000

This sponsorship will allow for us to set up painting stations and provide our first 400 EXPERIENCE barn visitors/kids with a customer Arabian Horse Christmas Ornament for painting! Paint-A-Pony is an activity that all recognize, but this one will be specialized with an Arabian Holiday Ornament!

• Sponsor will receive a Pop-Up Banner and Logo recognition at these stations, and can also provide us with printed material should they choose!

EXPERIENCE BARN PARTNER FORM

The Arabian Horse Promotional Fund, Inc., EIN# 83-0535751, was established in 2018 and received its official non-profit status from the IRS on March 8, 2019.    The Arabian Promo Fund was established to promote the Arabian horse to people beyond its existing community through a variety of different efforts to introduce, educate and attract people to the breed.
